Would happily stay here again.

The location was perfect. Walked from here to lots of sights and attractions Room was quiet and comfy and had everything we needed. Even had a fridge and cooking facilities.

Room was very small. Basin is way too big for the bathroom space. Not easy for two people to move around getting ready at the same time.

The area is quite nice, green and quiet for London. Two subway stations are nearby, as well as pubs, shops, and anything else you might need. The room had a fridge, stove, sink, and some dishes. Additionally - there was an instruction for food delivery.

TV was jokingly old. Cable was showing some channels, but not all that were in the TV menu. Everything was quite cramped - corridors narrow, room - quite small. Bathroom was decent size, but the shower itself was also small.

Very small room( can’t lay down even a small suitcase) Shower leaked, toilet wasn’t fixed to the wall, no extractor fan, air conditioner didn’t help with how hot the room is

location was great very nice city center with lot of shops and restaurants. Would I go back again? would definitely look at other places for a similar price.

in the rules of the room, it was said that the door of the shower cabin should be closed well so as not to get the room wet, but the door itself did not work and it was good that we could hold the door for each other. What to do for those who remain alone?

Convenient, comfortable place to stay short term while sightseeing in the city.

The staff were very helpful and let us store our luggage for the day after checking out. It was very clean and there was coffee and tea in the room. It was very convenient to walk to the Bayswater tube station. Lots of good places to eat nearby. Quiet neighborhood. The bed was very comfortable.

Black out curtains would have been good. The room and bathroom were smaller than we expected. Wifi was spotty.

Would stay here again purely for the location and affordability.

Great location. There are lots of shops and bars nearby. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The only negative was the fact that the walls were thin and we could hear all the creaks and stomping from the people above us and next door.

Location, cleanliness.

No view from window onto the street as shutters permanently closed and only a high window to give light. For obe night this wasn’t a problem

Lovely hotel and location

The location is superb . Walking distance to Notting hill, portobello market and Kensington palace . If you enjoy walking and travelling like local . This hotel is the good choice. The halal food choice is a lot around this area

The staff on the 3rd day of my stay is a bit rude . I was messaging to ask for an iron and board, he came to send to my room and talking to me i a rude manner and telling me if I would like to have an iron and board I need to go down to the reception to collect because they are very busy . It’s an Indian old uncle . The African lady and the Uzbeskistan guy that I meet ( the staff ) is super friendly and always smile . I love them very much

Brill hotel, good value for money and room as expect. Would definitely use again if staying in London but would upgrade

Brill location, marjoity of tube lines could be accessed within 20 mins walk. Good value for money. Safe and easy to access car park for reasonal price. Fridge in room very usual and more than enough space for 2 people

Very firm mattress. Room could do with a fresh paint and update. Some cracks in bathroom but did not effect use of items. Not fault of hotel but would recommend upgrading to room with a window as basement rooms get very hot especially when 20°+ outside

Very comfortable beds at an excellent location

Top location; the most comfortable bed and pillows I've had at a hotel for quite a while now; very friendly staff.

Room space is not organized very effectively, the room is somewhat uncomfortable, despite not being too small. Strange smell in the bathroom, probably a bit mouldy (not visible).

Good hotel for a short holiday

The hotel is in good condition and there's a car park in the back (to be booked seperatly via yourparkingspace.co.uk). Hyde Park and Queensway Tube station are just a couple of metres away. There's a small kitchenette.

When you go to bed you need a stone to kill the lights in the room because there's no switch. No shelf or bedside table to put your phone on (which you need because you have to use the flashlight when you go to sleep). And they should give their plumber a stern look :-; The No 1 button from the loo didn't work so you always had to do a full flush. Hot and cold water pipes of the bathrom sink were installed the wrong way around, so you never get the temperature you expect.

Great location, very close to the park, safe, great place to explore central London

Slept in a basement, sink too close to the toilet, difficult to open windows as they were sliding windows so you couldnt leave them open for fresh air as someone could potentially enter the room.

A bad bed to stay the night

That it was in a good area and close to restaurants and Hyde park

The room as well as the shower where super small, the bed was super hard and lumpy, the pillows were flat and hard. We would wake up with a back ache every day from the bad bed.

Location in the city is very good, the area is vibrant yet safe with loads of restaurants, cafés and shops around. Room was clean and staff was pleasant. Only a short walk to the tube. Beds were pretty decent. Towels, sheets and pillows nice.

The room was pretty small and crowded, not particularly well thought out (i.e no coat or towel hooks, no night stands or reading lamps, no floor space for suitcases etc.) It seems to have originally renovated by professionals with decent materials but all maintainance work since is extremely shoddy and amateurish DIY which gives a very cheap feel. Shower was a particular issue, fixed leaking shower head and laughably assembled (shower doors so badly mounted they didn´t sit properly on shower base) so it was difficult to use - almost impossible without flooding bathroom floor. Air con that works but took up half the room and was really loud.
